At Modern Earth Skincare, we stand behind the quality and integrity of our products.
Due to the nature of our formulations and for hygiene and safety reasons, we offer refunds only under specific conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Refunds (Within 30 Days of Purchase)
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused or minimally used (no more than 20% of the product consumed).
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- The item must not be marked as final sale or non-refundable.
- Non-Refundable Items
For safety and quality control, we do not offer refunds on:
- Products that have been used beyond the allowed amount
- Opened or used products without prior approval
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale events
- Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery. Please include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Important Notes
Because our products are natural and personal care items, results may vary. Refunds are not granted based on personal preference, skin purging, or individual skin reactions unless a verified defect is present.
