How do I mix the mask?
How do I mix the mask?
Mixing Directions: In a non metal mixing bowl mix 2-3 scoops dry mask to equal or less scoops water or liquid of choice using the wooden spoon. Mix to a thin or thick paste. Your preference in texture and does not change the benefits of the mask.
Mixing Tip: To ensure your clay mask blends smoothly with water, start by adding a small amount of liquid at a time while mixing continuously with a non-metal spoon in a glass or plastic bowl, until you reach your desired consistency.
Add up to 10 drops of our facial oils for extra hydration. Apply to clean face with mask brush. Leave on for 2-5 minutes. Rinse with warm water. Never add liquid to bottle/discard any extra after mixing. Avoid using metal bowls and utensils. Use mask 1 to 2 times per week.
- Time duration for all Modern Earth Skincare mask are from 2 to 5 minutes MAX. Our mask activate the moment you add liquid to them. We recommend to remove your mask with luke warm water before it has dried completely. Anything over the recommended time may result in the mask drying out and cracking over the skin. This can cause your skin to become dry and may cause possible skin irritations. Leaving the mask on longer will NOT offer better benefits.

Due to our natural ingredients some settlement and clumping is normal in our mask.
Color variations with our masks are normal and do not effect the benefits of our products. This comes when formulating with pure and natural ingredients.
